Heritage Auction House items automatically come with their COA -- so seller is lying right there.

bruce is correct all heritage comes with a coa also he can give u catalog number to pull up sold auction to match it.

people who resell from auctions usually print the page from the xcataloge that the itiem was in for to give more providence
