Is this Mickey Mantle authentic?

I have this Mantle 8x10 and am looking for opinions?

The autograph is a little smudged.

I believe this is authentic. I also think that this is the result of being stored long-term in a rigid PVC top loader. Top loaders are non archival and signatures tend to adhere to them long term. This is what it looks like when part of the signature gets stuck on the inside of a top loader.
