John, Paul and George Signed Yellow Submarine Booklet

Well this is up for sale in the UK supposedly obtained by a former EMI Abbey Road employee who had John, Paul and George sign this as a gift for her Mother. The note that accompanies this implies she was there when it was signed, however I think the signatures tell a different story. Any other thoughts.

LOL. May have started off innocently with the family member forging signatures to give, they messed up George's name so pretended like Ringo wasn't there...

Somewhere along the way it got less innocent, if someone is selling it they are selling a fake and have to know it, I'm sure.
