They were and still might be sending out some rather nice cards to make up for the delay you could order one for free to a friend if you were intending to send a book as a present they make a nice addition

It came either Dec 30 or 31.  I expected it before Christmas, Paul.

Im in the UK mine arrived about the 17th/18th december
