Not probably. It's OK. It's compressed. We're used to seeing her authentic signature spread over more space, but here, though compressed, the telemetry of the track is accurately typical. Might have been rushed, signed on the run (pen not held firmly in a comfortable manner, maybe not  sit-down the picture supported underneath by a solid surface). Bit it looks fine to me. Shouldn't be an issue getting a COA from any of the majors on the first try.
