Very funny -- the seller cancelled my order and relisted even though I bought it a few hours ago.  Must be a member of this forum!

PSA/DNA failed it on Quick Opinion.

That’s good. Thanks for doing that. I wish we could know exactly why it failed. Here it is followed by one on eBay that they’ve authenticated.

This style if all over the internet lately. Where on earth are they originating from? Surely someone has tracked down the area they seem to be coming from. 

What about this one? Authenticated by Frank Caiazzo and BAS, yet it seems to be the same style.
