Bob Dylan Autograph Value

Hello everyone,

I have a question on value of a Bob Dylan autograph that I got signed personally in 2001.

In Nov. 2001 Bob Dylan had just released Love & Theft and his tour stopped in Syracuse NY. I was a college freshman and a huge Dylan fan. I camped out at the venue all day waiting for his bus to arrive. 

When he and the band finally got off the bus, there was only me and 2 other people there. I had exchanged a few words. He joked that everyone was going to stay home and watch the Michael Jackson special on TV that night.

I've had the signed copy sitting in a protective case ever since and am only now wondering about its value.

Attached is a pic. Any insight is appreciated. Also curious what I should do to have it certified or validated.
