Maybe they had someone touring with Bob Dylan in Australia who's job it was to sign album covers on his behalf so we could give them out to program managers at radio stations.
Its possible.
The more I look the better it looks. Dylan is not my strong suit but I think this one might be authentic.

I think you should - I believe this is authentic :) nice flow and contrast/placement (my pet peeves). I can't stand it when you back up 4 or 5 feet and can't see the signature - not a problem here. Ballroom will know. My areas are Gleason and Bowie with a touch of this and that - mostly vintage Hollywood/theater and a bit of music.

When is that from? No matter - Steve has a great eye. And he is right about the stories which is why I asked, not knowing the graph so well I went to provenance.
