I believe it to be legit, but would like to know what others think.

I'm sure I've seen it before - can anyone recall where this has sold previously?

Not legit, unfortunately. It was removed from a Bonhams auction.

Ballroom, I would have been sure that at least Paul is real, one can be mistaken.

Both are Joe Long forgeries in my opinion.

Yes sir...Joe Long strikes again!!! The man...the myth...the legend!!!

How do you know it's Joe Long? How do you recognize it in general? The harrison is not as successful as the Macca.

I have examples of Joe Long forgeries to use for comparison.

Yes Ballroom, but how do you recognize e.g. the Macca at the OP that it's a John Long?

Like Steve said, the Harrison is most telling, but the Macca usually has an extended ‘P’ and distinctive last name portion.

Yes, now that you say it, the 'P' makes me uncomfortable too. Thanks Ballroom.

You guys are the best! I was fairly confident they were genuine. Back to school I go ....

Also aren’t these period incorrect?

Ballroom's right. Those aren't real for sure IMO. The Harrison is the most telling.
