People might learn and then submissions would go down...

EXACTLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very much so. Right when I got the notice from Beckett, I wanted to contact the authenticators directly. But it doesn't seem like I can get in touch with their offices in Dallas.

I contacted PSA/DNA and was told that I could always resubmit it, as it could possibly pass authentication the second time around.

Same response from Beckett. But I wish that was free of charge... And the idea of having to face their turnaround times is not something I look forward to.

+- A problem. Revenue indeed.

eric----you are on target !!!!!!!!!!

This is where the lack of transparency in their operation results in a shrug. Someone from one of those businesses made a bad call, and now you need a third party authenticator for your third party authenticators.

Curious if there are any Schultz fans/collectors out there who know the correct answer on this.

It was already a pain trying to expedite the process. I wasn't going to let them hold on to it for more than two months. Suffice to say, I wasn't impressed with their customer service.

Dennis, can you post your exemplars?

Some people just keep sending items in until someone passes them and then sell.
