BOWIE signed TONIGHT lp

I was wondering how this signed lp from David Bowie looks?  The dealer claims it was signed in Montreal during the period of THE HUNGER tv series in 1999 to a publicist for the series.  

He has some other pieces inscribed to the same person from that late 90's period that seem like the real deal.
