U.K. only?! He doesn’t care about fans outside U.K. at all. He doesn' t care about any fans at all.

Sorry to say that most of these promotions aren't primarily set up because artists care about fans. Some do care of course, for sure, but most of the time the primary objective is marketing (sales and ratings). UK sales count towards UK ratings. You only receive the signed item when you purchase a bundle of 3 physical copies of the album. Most fans don't need the same album on 3 different media. But it's 3000 (1000 x 3) physical copies sold counting towards the ratings.

The thing is the USA people don’t moan when they get all the exclusive stuff that we don’t but when the shoe on other foot they don’t like it 

they all come out like the been personally attacked it’s the way it is forget it and move on like we have too
