Blinds and Shutters: 3 Rolling Stones and 1 Beatle: Value?

Hi All - Looking for some opinions on the value of a nice copy of Genesis Publications "Blinds and Shutters".  My copy has some great signatures including a full Ringo Starr, Ronnie Wood, Charlie Watts and the customary Bill Wyman. It also has some great Stones / Beatles associates - Neil Aspinall, Patti Clapton, Anita Palenberg, Terry Doran and Peter Blake. I've seen others with 1 or 2 good names (Wyman signed all copies) but this one has some great content.  What's an appropriate value?  Thank you

The problem is, you see a lot of copies offered for sale, but few are actually being bought.  Recordmecca has had one listed for months at USD $800, and there are several on eBay hovering around the $1,000 mark.  Yours has a nicer selection of signatures than most.  If you can find the right buyer, you may be able to realise that $1K.

The ones with Keith Richards and Clapton tend to sell a bit higher -- I'd value this one around $800-$1000
