No Keith expert but I tend to agree with Richard.  It has the traits altho rushed, just not a perfect example

Also beware of fake PSA stickers and Cert Cards.  This should come with a full PSA Letter as anything priced at $50 or above automatically comes with their full LOA.  (PSA charges $75 for Keith)

This one is listed in their database with a photo of it. I assume it comes with a LOA.
