Keanu Reeves from Platinum Authentics?

Have been looking for something from this movie, mostly I see reprints. I found negative things about a Platinum Memorabilia, but can't find any information on Platinum Authentics. I would think it would be hard to say anything one way or the other on the signature itself, I haven't studied Reeves for very long.

Just took a quick look at this seller, and my initial impression is to stay far away from his autographs.

Go to their eBay store and look at the other autographs. See how almost all of them are signed in a perfect place, correctly oriented and usually with high contrast? Notice how there's little if any skipping in the autographs? Unless they had private signings with the stars, they look too good. Those are warning signs, although it doesn't always mean they're fake. Especially if the dealer does have known private signings.

Any time you see the same pen used over and over again on a variety of autographs, it makes it that much more conclusive what's going on. Same silver paint pen, again and again. No thanks.

Thank you - that is something I've started to notice from questionable sellers - perfect placement and signatures that are a bit too nice for comfort. I was looking for a Wilford Brimley autograph a while back, and sometimes he would seem to be a jerk and sign on his forehead etc., which a forger would never do. I did buy a Randy Quaid autograph recently that was cerified and from a private signing, and was very nice with good placement and more detail than he commits to at other times.

Thanks for this, I saw some authenticated ones that looked like yours, with more curves to the signature and in a certain manner. I'll know what to look for now.
