Thanks to the OP, but damn the timing!

I had a meeting immediately after work with a guy from Sony Music — long story — and now I can’t find the signed Cave book anywhere :-(

It's listed as "faith hope & carnage (main)" at WHS https://www.whsmith.co.uk/products/faith-hope-and-carnage-main/nick... so you never know, they might be expecting a signed edition.

I paused for a moment as well, because I wasn't able to see on the page if the book was signed by Sean O'Hagan, Nick Cave or both.
