not holding my breath for anything US-based on the Cave, 

So I "Caved" and preordered (thanks to Ally Mc for the availability heads-up)

Addl 12.5 GBP for intl shipping, so $42-ish (USD) total

Oblong Books in NY had a few up for preorder back in May. Cost me $33 total. So they may pop up at some other indie bookshops around the release date. But $42 is still a great price for him imo.

Nice heads-up on Oblong Books, 

I thought Rough Trade US might be the only US hope for the signed Cave.
