I wonder how many Coles actually got. Did anything say that the 99 were exclusive to just them? Could they have just got a couple dozen like Premiere did in the states? That would easily explain how fast they sold out in comparison to how fast it is taking to sell 900 in the US. It also means that more copies may turn up at other UK shops once they arrive.

I emailed the US CEO and their VP responded back within an hour. Guessing their social media people have no clue about anything, just like their general customer service reps. Can always hope that the execs know what's what.
