I'd definitely be concerned re the NEW look of this signature & the fact of old crease lines on the actual photo is evident but looks like this fresh ink was signed over these.

if this was a period signature id expect wear or total loss of the ink in places like that ... for me a real concern too fresh.

It looks like the creasing damaged the ink.
