Really glad they are responding. Seems like a strange honest mistake at this point which they should rectify. possibly even let you keep the extra LP I hope.

I'm sad we wont get to see what these signatures will look like today but it shouldn't be much longer.

Yeah, was looking forward to seeing them too. Agree it looks like simple mistake that I hope they fix with no issues.

I apologize for clogging up this thread with my issues and confusion…just was super excited to receive them as PS is a top 5 artist for me…hoping it works out for all.

Jor-El, can’t respond directly to your comment but did you receive 1 or 2 emails? I got 2 emails per order, each had a different tracking in them.

Thank you Matt, you were absolutely right! I thought the emails were the same but they have different tracking. How stupid of me not to notice. It's almost midnight here after a long day at work. Time for me to stop worrying and go to bed.

@Jason I used a forwarder - having them cancel is always a risk, but I have been having bad luck with import shipments lately and by the time they admit an international package is lost, which can take months, there never are any replacements left.

No problem, that was the source of my confusion earlier- I deleted what I thought were duplicate emails but they all contained different tracking numbers. Thanks to Jason for helping me sort it out. For clarity, I deleted some of my prior comments when I was confused about what was going on.

I received only the record, no litho. I emailed them to see what's up

I ordered 1 album + lithograph. I received 2 shipping confirmation numbers - both created same day. One is scheduled for delivery tomorrow and the other hasn’t shown any progress yet.

I’ve been dealing with their customer service throughout the day trying to sort out my orders and have gotten nowhere.

They did confirm the albums and lithos were shipped separately, but no word on why the lithos haven’t moved yet on my or anyone’s tracking.

Also regarding my issue, still waiting confirmation as to why I received an extra album and if my remaining shipment contains one or two lithos. Wonderful.

All phone #s online for their company are not in service. I’ve asked them to call me and nothing.
