Thanks man, I appreciate it. I honestly think I picked up the LinkedIn trick from you, so thanks lol…it certainly works when all other options are exhausted!

I have no idea what they think. In their final email, they said they intended to pursue a claim against USPS for the missing litho.

That’s great, but they will need a tracking number to do so and as I was repeatedly reminded by their customer service, “all of my shipments were received!”

Unless there’s another shipment out there that I’m not aware of, they’re probably just trying to make further excuses (perhaps for purposes of dealing with the complaints I filed with the Tennessee Attorney General and Visa).

Maybe there is a shipment out there that will arrive someday lol (I have a better chance of winning the lottery). I personally think there’s a thief in their warehouse or someone out there got 2 in error.

Haha I have used LinkedIn in a few times for this purpose, so maybe. I think I started doing that during the RHCP Interpunk scam thread and it came in handy a few other times for me as well. Could it have been from the RHCP thread? I went a bit overboard over that one because I was furious lol. Either way, good job on your end.

I'm sure they are just making excuses. You never know with customer service sometimes... During the Taylor Swift Red release, they canceled my order of 2 and told me its because of repeat orders which I never made. I went absolutely furious against them. Emailed multiple times calling them every name in the book. I definitely took it too far and thought I would never hear back from them again.

2 weeks later, out of nowhere, they emailed back and admitted to their mistake. They said after some research, they saw how they made the error and allowed me to replace my order even though the signed cds were long sold out. Of course I had to apologize for going overboard at that point lol. I have a bit more respect for Taylor's team since then. Sometimes complaining like mad gets good results. Other times its the opposite. You just never know.

Yes, it was definitely the RHCP thread….I wasn’t part of the Interpunk fiasco but was observing it unfold. I think I was also reminded of this technique under the Dylan fiasco.

Lol so yeah, interesting about your Taylor Swift experience. I may have been a bit excessive in this case and it’s possible they just decided to get rid of me today by a full refund. I never crossed the line by using profanity or making threats, but let’s just say it got a bit unprofessional at times lol. I probably sent 75 emails yesterday alone, as someone was responding periodically from their customer service, even though website says closed on Sunday.

Hope I didn’t cost myself the lithograph by being so pushy, but I was getting worried that I would ultimately not get any sort of refund and be short a litho. They seemed to be lining up a position that I had received everything, case closed. Oh, and please send back that extra album we sent you. None of that was going to fly.

Funny, I was wondering if someone might take a look at this down the road and realize the extent of this error. I’m just glad the whole thing is over for now.
