If anyone tried to redeem the code for the audio book and got a US only message you can use Chrome and install a proxy that appears in US create an account redeem then close the proxy connection it will be available in the libary.
One part is still not known:

No, according to the contest they produced 26 but are only giving away 2. I can only assume the other 24 will go to business relations.
Blackstone Publishing is producing 26 unique, lettered copies of Cool Food that will be signed by the authors, and 2 copies will be given to randomly chosen winners

It's Blackstone too, after their last episode of incompetency, they'd be lucky to find their arse with both hands, let alone 2 signed copies of the book.

A lottery, I know the last lottery was Bono with the Ireland book store but at least that was all early orders got them but this being picked not first come first served is too big a risk.

It could be one book for all we know which could be "sold" to one of their employees. That's worst case. Was it also talkshop that had random Dolly Parton books signed and there was never evidence of anyone actually receiving one? It's best to stay away unless you actually were going to buy an unsigned copy anyways

With two days to go did anyone find a signed copy available to pre-order outside of one single bookshop?
I also chose to get a free audio book and signed up for the mailing list alert and competition.
Nothing has happened with anything. Blackstone is a total joke.
