Hello Everyone , I am extremely disgusted with talk shop live . There customer service is the worst of the worst . I had placed a order with them ,which was never received . I contacted them and they were unable to find the order in there system ,yet I was charged the amount on my cc . I ended up filing a dispute and they responded to the credit card company and said they would credit the amount back to me . So over 3 months ago . Today I am contacted by my CC Company informing me Talk Shop live DID Not credit the amount ,they said they would and I have to reopen the dispute ,even though talk shop live accepted responsibility and put that in writing with the original dispute . This company is not good as I have read other posts in regards to there shady practices

To be honest they have always been good to me, I received two Paul Rodgers signed elements damaged, I contacted them and they approached the record label and sent out two replacements free of charge. Can’t say always good but not always bad either 

Can confirm, they're horrible.

Same. Garbage customer service and a coin flip on whether your item will be bent, damaged, smeared or fake.

Never again.

I’ll post on every thread here and remind people that the folks running TSL are scum. 

I've bought a ton from them and gotten lots of big names I thought I might never get but I have to agree about the customer service, while they did eventually replace or refund any problems I had, it was always the same pre-written response instead of someone actually listening and responding to what i wrote. I quit buying from them mainly because their packaging is so horrible that I know the chances are what I receive will be damaged. at least every other order would show up with cracked jewel cases and for some reason, they just prefer to keep sending out blank replacements than to fix the simple problem of packaging a little better. it's a shame too because it's the only thing stopping them from being one of my favorite companies to buy from. 

$7.99 shipping to receive a single CD with cracked case is not a fun experience

you ain't lying, and what's worse is the last 2 times they sent me replacement cases, those showed up cracked too since they packed them just as bad. that's when I gave up and quit buying from them.  

Have had nothing but pleasant experiences with Talk Shop Live, one of my favorite places to shop as they have really great deals 

Not a bad experience overall but they do cancel some orders sent to shipping forwarders, and therefore leave out many potential customers from the ROW, which I think they might need at some point. So if they read my post, open shipping to ROW, you will boost your sales.

Me too. Same with Addison. Have purchased a lot of stuff from TSL and have never had a problem.

I agree.  I contacted them about the bogus signed Ice T album, and they declined to offer a refund.

Then I opened a dispute with my credit card company, and it will end up taking 3 months which is ridiculous.  I am completely done with Talk Shop Live and will never give them a dime in the future, no matter what they have.  They cannot be trusted and their customer service is crap.

They also indicated that they would give me a refund if I dropped the dispute.  I took a screen shot and sent this to my cc company and my cc company IS STILL WAITING on Talk Shop Live's response to credit the charge.  I think TSL is actually waiting for the very last day.  But the problem is, you piss me off - and I'll let EVERYONE know what a horrible company this is and to NOT do business with them in the future.  I think they are p****** off a LARGE portion of their customer base.

Totally spot on Doug . I have it in writing from them also yet they failed to credit the money back to me . We are not talking about a high dollar amount either . NOT a good way to do business . 

The measure of a good company is not doing what youre SUPPOSED TO DO - ie provide a product/value in exchange for money. TSL does that well.

What they DONT do well is customer service. Its easy to say youve had nothing but great experiences with them until you DONT. 

People dont pile on a good company like this for no reason. The complaints are real.

Their customer service SUCKS. And its just a matter of time before they screw you over too, bc thats clearly a business model for them.

Take money and to hell with the back end.
