I think you needed to direct this to the other user.  😉

He was the one challenging my post.

I have posted about all of the bad experiences I’ve had with TSL mainly because as Jason said, we know they monitor the site and I really think they would be one of the best companies around if they would just listen to their customers and fix the problems but many of us have complained about the issues for more than a year now and it seems to be getting worse instead of better. And when I post about a bad experience and someone chimes in defending them and talking about how great the company is it does get aggravating but I just bite my tongue because it isn’t worth arguing about. I’m glad that many of you have had nothing but good experiences with TSL but that doesn’t change the fact that many of us have not as you can tell by the amount of complaints. Oh and far as the free CD they are giving, I’m guessing there are others like me who just collect autographs and don’t even own a Cd player so a free unsigned Cd means nothing to me and I would rather just have my money back now. That’s my two cents and as I said, this really isn’t worth arguing about in my opinion

Amen brother.

I cancelled an order in protest, but, I’m a junky and will be back. I also go out and try and get signatures.

Right on, right on, right on!

And I've posted my frustrations with them, but I also give them credit when they do something right.  And for that I'm riduculed, attacked, called an apologist and a fan boy for TSL. And by people who claim that people should be allowed to say whatever they want.on any thread, no less.

Those of you who don't like TSL should not do business with them.  Life is too short to keep doing the things that make you angry or upset.

I hear you, and I'm pretty sure you weren't talking about me but I was by no means attacking you, and nothing wrong with giving them credit which I've done, they get amazing guests and autographs that I never thought I would be able to get and the shows themselves are great, yeah the shipping is high and they don't combine it when you order multiple items which is frustrating but I can live with it. for me, the only problem is that honestly 2 out of every 3 items I've bought in the last year has shown up damaged and their customer service is very slow at addressing and resolving the problems. I only comment on it when I see Steve in the forum in hopes that he sees it and actually tries to fix the problems a lot of us are having. and I totally agree with you that for those of you who have not had these problems, of course keep buying, but for those of us that have, don't. but letting TSL know they are losing customers could help fix the problems. hopefully

Hi all

Thanks for responding and sharing frustration.

i agree that I wonder if it wasn’t thier plan all along. I read somewhere that signed copies don’t count against billboard sales or something like that and I wonder if this is the new  promo scheme. Tickets sales must be down.😀

a lot of companies don’t charge your credit card until they send it. These guys charge it immediately.
Who are their competitors? I’m a collector, I guess we all are, so I need the fix.

btw, if I can brag for a sec, Sunday  Al  signed with sympathy for me. My lucky day.
