Unfortunately does look as though they might be folded four-ways based on this photo they posted back in Oct when they had the posters in (initially just unsigned)…

You're right, they added this line:

Poster comes folded to quarter size and is posted in a 12" mailer

They ship worldwide now but expensive shipping costs, £12 Europe and £20 world.
