For U.S. and I'd imagine Canadian buyers, Blackwell's will be cheaper due to shipping being included in the price.  They are very reliable.

Which retailer only charges on dispatch? I wonder as it's four months away.

Waterstones don't charge until dispatch I believe. I think the rest charge upfront.

Thanks, that's what I thought. Hopefully it doesn't cancel. I only use PayPal and Waterstones with any advance order the authorisation usually failed. But fingers crossed because I see the way they use PayPal has changed.
