Definitely not real. The Paul and John are particularly way off. I would recommend that you compare such signatures to the sold examples shown on RR Auction site before reaching any conclusions, however provisional.

I have seen I think a couple of autographed Abbey Road LPs that have come to market signed in the street for "Apple scruffs" who hung about outside EMI studios, but this isn't one of them!. It is a forgery attempting 1963-style autographs rather than what the Beatles were doing from 1969 onwards.
