Unfortunately for all of you who made the purchase via this - if you shared any of your banking details - you should block your cards.

I paid via Apple Pay, so I assume my specific details weren’t shared, but I could be wrong :/

specific transaction details are displayed on Apple Pay, but your actual card number is not shared. When you use Apple Pay, a unique Device Account Number is used for transactions, and details like the merchant, amount, and date are stored and visible in the Wallet app's transaction history. You can also view details like the last four digits of your actual card, and in some online transactions, your billing and shipping addresses can be shared as you approve them.

So in essence my details weren’t shared/no need to block my card?

correct.

This is not the case for you here but you would want to block or remove your Apple Pay card if your iPhone is lost or stolen, or if your physical Apple Card is missing.

I just got an email asking the reason for my refund request…..

Actually I did too.

I just told them that I changed my mind and no longer want the orders.

I figured instead of getting into it with them, I just want to get these cancelled and move on.

Will avoid them going forward.

Well apparently I was too late to cancel and my order has already shipped, God knows what I am going to receive!!!

That is what they told me too. I never received any notification or tracking number that it did ship though.

I removed the original post after Eric wrote me—thanks, Eric. I hope anyone who bought it gets their money back ASAP.

Anytime Steve. Happy to help.

Now that the details have all been removed from the thread, anyone who might have participated might not be aware of later developments.  🤔
