Pretty easy to do for anyone wondering. Just log in, find your order and click the help button to submit a ticket. Copy your order number first to paste it in the ticket subject line. No excuses not to do this.

Just to add here, I did open both cds i ordered. Both are autopen with different templates..

Extra tip, take a picture of the autopen with light reflecting the ink to show the shakiness. They can't deny that aspect and you can add it to your refund request at the bottom of the ticket as an attachment

I ordered the CD and LP versions from her website. Just got a prepaid return label emailed to me.

This is great news. Thanks for sharing (both you and Lumpy above) but nothing yet stating any fault or wrongdoing. TSL will hopefully do the same. If Hillary's website accepts returns while providing a label, this is now fully on TSL to make this right for those of us who ordered thru them.

I looked at it as if they were admitting to them being fakes. I wasn't rude in emailing them which I have been in the past. But at this point I hate to say it but it is expected to happen with the big labels trying to get every single sale possible at any cost. So it wasn't shocking and I was holding the fury back until it was necessary. But they just emailed a prepaid without denying or arguing they were fugazi's.

That says a lot. Reminded of Andy Peters/Ford refunding "Bowie" items - without wanting them back. That spoke volumes.

I have received a response from talkshop about the Duff autopens they said that the label stands by the cds but they have notified them and the label will send a return label I'm waiting now

I guess this is technically true. Someone had to stand by the machine....

Glad you received a response and will receive a return label. Im still waiting on mine.

Just a reminder for anyone who didn't see my post yesterday, according to TSLs policy TSL, they only give customers 3 days after delivery to initiate a request for return. If you bought through them, start a request asap

That is TSL's go to. They always say the label stands behind the autograph. I doubt they even bring it to their attention. Either way if you are selling someone elses product you need to stand behind it and not throw blame elsewhere or don't sell them. These are blatant fakes. This was one of the easier ones to see and it happens often enough it should not be a surprise to hear it once every 25/50 autograph drops. All they would need to do before shipping anything out is compare a couple. Look for the dots which are a dead give away. They really stuck out on this one.

After they came on here, talked to us, we gave them tips and recommendations. They either refused to listen to us or their hands are tied.. I can see celebrities going against what was agreed upon as that does happen more often than it should. TSL may very well have their hands tied, but you are right. They should have quality control and check a few before shipping but im sure that in the end, there are so many people who can't be bothered to initiate a return and it may still be worth the headach in most cases. TSL has absolutely no vision and can not see past this initial profit. They don't realize what its doing to their reputation and how events like this will continue to build until it leads to their demise.

I received an email back just now while typing..

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to talkshoplive!

Atlantic Records stands behind its product. If you have any additional concerns and wish to return your order for a full refund, please respond to this message to request a prepaid return label.

Kind Regards,

Emma

TSL Support

This is a response to an email I sent last week giving them a heads up about autopens before they shipped out my order. They seem to be very behind.

My CD came from her EU website, examples of what I received are on page 1 of this discussion. I wrote to Warner Music Group saying "As you are no doubt aware now, these artcards are autopen" and they have issued a full refund and said that they did not want the items returned. So fair play to them.

So I have listed the CD on eBay, together with a free autopen artcard, with a 99p start price. In the description I state clearly that the auction was for the CD and I would throw in the art card for free as it was autopen. The idea is that her fans will be attracted to the listing due to the low starting price and once there read that the card is not genuinely hand signed as listed on her website, where it is now showing as OOS.

Just my attempt at spreading the word in the UK about the fraudulent actions of this artist!

+1! Great idea. I have a rather large litho 1998 self portrait with Peters papers and matching Peters "Bowie" forgery. I have been considering erasing the pencil with a PVA eraser and selling as is starting at 99 cents. The paper seems Fabriano.

Has anybody received there return Label yet this is the worst customer service I've ever seen I really don't care what they sell anymore I just can't purchase from them again
