Always worries me that when you order from HMV the email confirmation does not indicate the signed art card!

From HMV's twitter "Includes an art card with EVERY format. Limited to 400."

Do they remove the icon noting the signed art card once the 400 has been met?

Same, I haven’t seen any U.S. options. The canvas ships to the U.S., but with shipping it adds up to about 300 euros
