John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison and Ringo Starr sign in blue and black ballpoint pen inks on the reverse of a light blue envelope that measures approximately 4.5 inches by 3 inches.
McCartney adds a dedication "to Maureen" and writes the name of the band, underlined, under his name. All the signatures are followed by kisses.
