That's right--and Jeff is one of the top Dylan collectors. He successfully sued one of the most prolific Dylan forgers a number of years ago. The guy was buying memorabilia off eBay and forging it, claiming that they were lyrics, etc., that Dylan wrote while living on his family's sofa in the early 60s.

Yeah, but i think i know who you are talking about and indeed Dylan did stay there and left dozens of real lyrics ( most now in  I beleive the Morgan Library collection).  So this guy was very well know for selling real Dylan stuff until he finally ran out of real stuff and started faking-could have gotten away with this for along time in people like jeff didn't catch on...
