Do help out with image capturing as I don't always find them in time...

besides the seller says, "I was intending to get this item authenticated, but i have decided to put it up for sale now due to high demand. As such, item will be sold as seen as i have no certification. However, i firmly believe signature is genuine"

which was in rsponse to msg from Ryan that was deleted!

what's disturbing Ryan, about this one as this seller claims his other two items have LOAs from Scott Cornish. One of them is not posted which is a violation of EBAY posting policy while the other one does depict the LOA

according to the seller; The printed words at the top of the paper, were added after Armstrong signed the page

Yeah, that is disturbing. As you probably know, forgers like to mix one or two forges with some authentic autographs to make their forge more believable. The fact that he advertises his other two Armstrongs that are "Cornish certified" in the auction description of a forgery is a red flag to me.

I prefer to refrain from calling anyone a "forger" as we don't know whether or not they penned it. If they did then clearly they are however there are many that sell (knowingly or perhaps unknowingly which most will claim the latter) non-authentic/original signed items.

Some of those sellers who claim unknowingly however know all too well what they are selling. But again in many cases we don't really know and way too often we jump right on them.

I understand the red flag but if he indeed has two "real" cornish loas then I'd use that as well. Honest mistake? Perhaps or perhaps as you have indicated.

Very true, I should not have called him a forger. I have heard once that nearly every autograph that is purchased, is eventually resold; so if 80% of autographs out there are fake, there is a likely chance he purchased a fake by mistake and is reselling it. Thanks for the tip.

Why is this one a forgery? I am curious to know because this seller re listed their other auction and it has 3 Cornish certificates, one for Armstrong, Collins, and Aldrin. I can't see anything wrong with either of their auctions. There is nothing wrong with any of the signatures from what I can tell, the seller is straight forward, all their items have Cornish COA's, .... would like to know. Here is their other auction:
