This appears to be more of a case of ignorance/wishful thinking than malice, but still...as a seller, if you spent 2 minutes researching this and using some common sense, you would know this comic belongs in the garbage can, not on ebay.

It's plain to see that the comic has been defaced cover-to-cover by multiple scribblers, and that the supposed vintage signatures of comic legends Stan Lee & Jack Kirby (complete with a rare "sketch" by Kirby) are simply part of the vandalism.
Below are examples of how these men typically signed comic books, along with a piece of Marvel stationery from the late 60's, the same time frame as these alleged signatures. The differences speak for themselves. Stan Lee's autograph has evolved somewhat over time, but at no time did it look like anything shown above. The Kirby "sketch" is done with the artistic skill level of a child (because it was, in fact, done by one). Not to mention I have never personally seen an example of the notoriously modest Jack Kirby's signature where he added the "King" nickname bestowed upon him by comic book fans.
I reported this to ebay about a week ago, to no avail. Granted, I couldn't lay out my concerns in this much detail, but come on, even calling this questionable is being generous.

Ditto Zipper, I am lucky to have several examples of Mr. Kirby's signature. The Bottom examples are classic authentic examples. The auction item is a sad joke.
No other artist understood or understands dynamic action like "The King" did.
Gone now, and hopefully in the garbage where it belongs.
