The seller of that crap (Ebay seller Graphn4fun) sold numerous Derek Jeter forgeries with a Global Authentics COA.

I try to look at the silver lining. These fakes are so horrible and obvious, there is no chance they will ever be accepted by credible dealers or collectors who have done any homework whatsoever. Other than that, we have to live with reality these cancers were certed in high volume and aren't going away anytime soon.
