very cool. It has Charles Keller too. Not really rare but I like the History behind Keller.
I looked at things on shopgoodwill.com and wanted to make a purchase. Then I noticed how they stick you on shipping/etc. A $4.00 signed cd was $20.00 after other costs were added.
them shoes must have been pulled out of his wreaked car in FL
I bought it from a friend who knows Al Pacino, Chad. Al signed it for him.
Hello everyone,
I thought i would share some recent additions to my blues collection. I will be posting these and other examples in the blues thread, but for now i will put them here. Some of these guys are so rare, its not even funny. But just like anything, when you deal with the rarest of the rare, you pay the price :).
The first is a super super rare signature from guitar master Earl Hooker
Next is another super rare signature, from the 6 fingered slide guitar master, Hound Dog Taylor
Next is another rare signature. You can find examples of his signature out there, but they are very hard to come by. This is one from Jimmy Reed
Next is another rarest of the rare. An autograph from the guitarist John Henry Barbee.
Next is another rare signature, this one coming from Juke Boy Bonner
Here is another very rare signature, this one from Magic Sam
Here is a rare and cool signature from James Son Thomas
And here is a more common, but nice signature from Jr. Wells
OH, and almost forgot 2 really rare ones.
The first being Son House
And the amazing guitarist Skip James
Carl:
As a blues fan...I love these. What's he history...where did you get the Son House, Earl Hooker and Hound Dog Taylor?
Love Hound Dog Taylor and his assessment of his own talent. His quote was something like, "When I die they'll say he couldn' play for s--t but he sure made it sound good."
