No, This Mike Riccio is a retired teacher and ran a number of Sport Collectors shows in Connecticut. He is had Mickey Mantle at least twice ,in which I attended and met Mantle.In my opinion knowing Riccio ,he wouldn't purposely sell a forgery,.

If that Mantle forgery was sold by Riccio it is simply awful.

At this time, Ebay seller Arrl26 is selling that awful Mantle forgery with a COA from Riccio.

Now it it possible that the COA was switched on this ball or picture. I think the answer is ,Yes it is totally possible. In that case why accuse Riccio of selling a forged Mantle .
