This one COULD be good as it's not an obvious bad one.  Or is it?

I think it is from the same seller mentioned here...unfortunately it looks to be a forgery.

Good catch Wascher.  I asked the ebay seller (KINGCIE) for more details and got this nonsense:

The COA is detailed and comes from a previous Director of Acquisitions from a large auction house in NY, who also won the PSA authentication contest at the National convention a few years ago. It was obtained directly from a big Michael Jackson collector. Please feel free to do research on your own for real examples of Michael Jackson's autograph. Thanks.

Ask him who the COA is from.  John from California was what I was told.  This one sold in August of this year for 212.50

He wouldn't tell me who the COA is from and only said the auction house was Lelands although provided not lot number, date of sale, or proof of any kind.  I told him to go piss up a rope.
