I have been collecting Star Wars autographs since 1998.  Not all of my signatures are on Star Wars memorabilia.  For example, when I met Warwick Davis at a comic convention in New York City, I had him sign a Willow photograph.  I also have publicity photos of Sir Alec Guinness and Christopher Lee from the 1970s, and a Natalie Portman signed The Diary of Anne Frank theater poster from her performance on Broadway back in 1998.  My current wish list includes Peter Cushing, Terence Stamp and John Williams.  I am interested in knowing about the collections and wish lists of other members.

I just left a message over there about the realistic price that they are moving at. Especially that one, as people do not "dig" the cross over H signatures at all.

What is the "realistic" price?

About half of what they originally sold for ....probably in the range of $200-$250.

That is $, not GBP

So you are telling me they sold originally for $500?!?! Was that just for Ford or all main charachters?

Thank you for resurrecting the discussion Pete.  I hope that you had a nice Thanksgiving.

In from the OPX signing a month or so ago... Clive Reville as the Emperor. Interesting swirly signature!

Happy Thanksgiving to all! Here is a little Carrie Fisher sighting tonight on SNL's Thanksgiving Special...and yes it's over 30 years old. Don't eat too much!

I have never been a fan of turkey, but I can't help but enjoy days off. Hope everyone has a nice Thanksgiving.

I dropped a crazy lowball bid on this, and apparently no one else cared.

it is a bit feathered....looks like someone stored it in a toploader.

Kudos, Pete!

I am thankful for your participation here!
Great find! Do the top-loaders damage the autographs?

Yes. Ultra Pro or Avery polypropylene sleeves and Ultra Pro backing boards are the way to go. Even when I ship in a toploader, I like to cut out a sheet of polypropylene and put it between the graph and the toploader to be safe. Usually they don't wreck autographs over the course of shipping, but it's happened to me twice with glossy photos before.

Ok. Good info. What about the encapsulation process done by PSA and Beckett? Could those be harmful or do they put a sheet of the polypropylene over the graph before encapsulating?
