It looks like a test press/acetate/promo of the record. So the record itself can hold some value. I don't think this is supposed to be a forgery. It's just the writing from person who was pressing these.
is there any background on the item to suggest its writing by paul ,im no expert on him at all but some postcards written by paul to his housekeeper did recently sell on an auction site where paul had written his name rather than signed it and it did look a bit like this, i stress a bit ,if hes just writing on the white label to denote whos record it is he wouldnt sign it as such though its a million to one shot if theres no history to suggest
