How do you keep a composite leather basketball that is autographed from cracking over time
There are a few issues on this...
1) Why would you have a player re-sign a ball after it was already authenticated?
2) Is this a LOA or COA card authentication? If it's the LOA, people would likely pay what they felt was appropriate for a single signed item. If it's a COA card, the second signature might destroy the marketability, as there'd only be a statement of a single signed ball. People would question why a dual signed item (absent the visual "proof" on the LOA) has two signatures.
