Ive been to their store in Vegas, its a dump. The "stars" are not seen out front often, they are usually in the back and are not big on signing autographs. Don't take my word for it, go to trip advisor and there are pages of peoples experiences there. They know all about the items, that's why they seem so knowledgeable about some obscure stuff. American Pickers is the same. Just type in American pickers fake and you get the lowdown, same with Amish Mafia etc. Hate to bust anybodys bubble.

read this in an interview:

The guys can't actually work the counter anymore because of privacy laws. Since they've become celebrities, people are constantly taking pictures of them, compromising the privacy of whoever's at the pawn counter. "Now I'll meet a guy in the hallway," said Corey.

I saw Steve Grad on Pawn Stars saying an autographed over sized Star Trek photograph (I think it was like 16 x 20) and the comments he made didn't seem valid and they all looked correct to me, so I question his ability. In this case, I'm wondering if celebs signing an odd over-sized photo might alter their signatures a bit compared to say their signing a of a check or signing a standard 8x10 photo? Any thoughts? FYI: I've been an avid autograph collector myself for about 40 years, getting Don Ameche's and I was also lucky enough to work many years with Orson Welles on TV commercials for Paul Masson Wine and worked many years with Dolly Parton for her Tennessee Theme Parks and her Foundation. I'll attach a little page I put together years ago and have many, many more since. I've been a director member of the DGA (Directors Guild of America) since 1984 and for many years I've also been a voting member of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences. I'll attach a couple of examples here, including a page of me with some celebs, when I was invited to be on the set of M*A*S*H the final day of shooting of the final episode of the icon show and I got the script signed, and my favorite "odd-ball" piece, that of Andy Kaufman and the actual show he did that was made famous in the 1999 Milos Foreman film "Man on the Moon" starring Jim Carrey.
