Authentic Babe Ruth??

Just wondering what people's opinions were on this Babe Ruth?

I have almost no experience in baseball so would appreciate any feedback you might have.

The paper is  very clean, the U and T bug me, I have my doubts.

Thanks for your input. I thought the same thing about the paper although it is possible depending on how it was stored over the years.

I had a look at several authenticated Ruth's and the start of the 'u' doesn't match up with any of them. The top of the 'r' and cross in 't' (sloping slightly downwards) also look slightly off.

it doesn't look right to me either.  I noticed the "U" as you mentioned,  the small b is also very atypical.

No shot that autograph is authentic.
