Hi
I am currently in a situation where I have no job and money is tight so it might have to be, although I don't want to, an option to sell off my autograph collection.
The problem is, I don't have the money in order to get a proper authentication on my autographs so I was wondering, what would be the best route for me to go down as I would need the money fairly quickly.
I am based in the UK and I cannot guarantee that all of the autographs are real in my collection, based on opinions which I fully respect, on AML.
Please if anyone can help, can you PM me.
Thank you,
Robin

Hi Robin,
Sorry things are tight for you. We don't get the traffic that eBay does, of course, but as Bjorn said, you're welcome to post them for free in our Buy/Sell/Trade group, once you're confident they're authentic.

Hi Steve,
Many Thanks - I've posted the ones I'm not confident about and once I have feedback on those, I will then move onto the ones I deem to be real, just to be absolutely sure.
I would rather sell in bulk than just singular to be honest, but we'll see what transpires.
If you could look at the ones I've posted Steve, it would be appreciated. I have been told the Ford, Hamill/Fisher and Harry Potter cast are non-authentic but its as much as I suspected and getting refunds on those will prove very tough.
Thanks for your support Steve. I just want to make sure I do things honestly before I go on and do anything in regards to my collection as I know what its like to be stung and I refuse to do that.
Thanks,
Robin
Hi Robin. Should anything from Frazers be found to be non authentic you are guaranteed a full refund if you are the original purchaser of the item. A few of the other dealers' names I recognise and I think they are either AFTAL or UACC so if any of their stuff is found to be non authentic you should be able in theory to get a refund or at least a swap. Hope this helps
I really feel for you during what must be a ghastly time. I don't want to add to your probs but why not see if you can swap the JKR for another sig from the seller because even if it is genuine it is a very unfluent sig
What sort of items do you have? Don't see anything in the buy/sell/trade forum.
please pm me a list of what you have for sale too thank you
I only collect rock and roll items. Do you have any?
Hi Robin,
Sorry to hear that tough times - so all your autographs you have bought none gained in person ?
Alistair
Some of my autos were in person. I think I have added descriptions for the IP ones in my photos.
The problem buying autos when its said they're bought in person, its not always the truth.
