Authenticity is Everything

Is this Harrison good or fake?

My daughter bless her heart sent me this Harrison auto last Christmas. I've told her not to send me stuff without checking for a COA or me. She didn't...ooops

So is this any good? I know that S.C.A.A has had some issues....

As best she remembers at a auto show in Jersey...she can't remember the dealers name and can't find the receipt (she lost a bunch of stuff in that hurricane and during a move she made). Price wise I think she said around $500 so a bit. That should have been her first clue but she thought with two COAs it was good. She's not that well educated on prices or auto's obviously.
