This item comes with a notarized LOA from Cesar Diaz, Dylan’s guitar and equipment technician. Please note that PSA/DNA was unable to authenticate the signature on the Harmonica.

I have heard that the ones with "Guitar Tech Ceasar Diaz" LOAs are not authentic.

Here's another. The two signed in blue were offered with the exact same LOA, including matching signatures.

It is interesting that there is not mentioned in the affidavit that the harmonica is signed. It only said that it's been used and played.

Makes you think twice.
