A eBay seller is trying to sell a Tupac auto claiming it was signed in front of him. The signature is not genuine in my opinion. Looks like the forger started with the P & A first then finished off with the 2 and the C. There is a video on YouTube of Tupac signing the autographs. I believe he took screen shots of the video then printed them out as pictures. He also listed a denial letter from JSA. I will attach the links. Let me know what your thoughts on the listing.

Hi Jay,

This is a great Tupac to study. I'm not sure if this is real or not, but I think it has a decent chance of being legit. The seller said he took the screenshots from the video, BTW.

It would be valuable to get some known genuine Tupac exemplars to use for comparison. This could be valuable study.

Thank you for posting this.

Steve,

thanks for the reply I have attached two photos from the Tupac resurrection book. This is directly from his estate. You can see the flow starting from the 2 then directly to the P. I have never seen the 2 end crossing over the A & P. The first two images are from the book and the last is from the eBay seller. I didn’t use any third party examples because I believe that will just cause more of a debate. Thanks Jay

That last Tupac must be a Joke, right?? I've never seen so many start and stop points. He says that he is the one with the clipboard. If you watch the video, at the end, you can plainly see that Tupac signed 2Pac very fast. No time for any of the Inscription.

I agree with you Tim!

I must agree also

Last one is in all sorts of trouble

I just found this at the auction.

https://www.pristineauction.com/a2455136-Tupac-Shakur-Signed-4x65-C...

It was authenticated by Beckett!

That's just wrong bro

How can they certify something with  out examples

Cause if they had examples they would not ave passed surely.

How embarrassing 3k LOLLL

Some poor person is holding this right now :(

Are you referencing the one from Pristine Auction??

Yes Pristine - Looking at the cut 2015

There was hardly any certified useful Pac pieces to reference

So how did the pass sign analysis when there are dozens and character flaws

And anyone who looks at that should laugh - Auction house pay for certs - that much is obvious

The 2 looks like it crosses straight to the C rather then looping to the P right after. I have attached an example of a 2pac estate signature. It was published in the Tupac Resurrection book. IMO it seems forged and used on a aged paper cut.

It was authenticated by BGS, Beckett Grading; not BAS, Beckett Authentication. If it's BGS, it was probably authenticated Fall 2016 or earlier.

Wow Thanks Steve Fall 2016 - Solid fact - Afeni died in 2017 (Pacs Mum) who would take anyone releasing PAC's material to court and take everything they owned- so his hand was hidden until she died and then his hand was released for all to see and since 2017 JSA has it on lock.

But before this sad day, how can any Authenticity Houses have authenticated something so unknown at the time with so many fakes getting around also lets not forget - I know I had a bunch of them - Please check attached and tell me if the Peace hand sign looks authentic - Never seen a peace sign like this ?? 4k usd they want for this and certified JSA...? Like the the other unknown this thread is about
