Yes I have one from the late 90's  Signed IP for me in NYC.  Looks like yours IMO

Hi Dan, i just got sent this.

i got positive opinions when i posted it on here a few weeks ago, thats why i sent it off.

if i have a few people disagree with them maybe i can send it back.

this is a ttm from nearly 20 years ago.

Thanks for posting. I disagree on all the points and I realise it's a standard fail letter but this looks good to me based on items I've seen from her over the years. Sadly I don't think they'll change their minds as they rarely do.
