BBB Complaint Case# 680784 (Ref#11-711041-680784-10-500)
The item I won and intended to purchase was never received and cancelled because of authentication issues. Your business practices are totally unacceptable. I was the only bidder. There was only one bid which started at $100.00. Why was my invoice $800.00? The Signed by Freddie Mercury, Brian May, Roger Taylor, and John Deacon. This item will not sell below $400. I should be charged $100 or $400, not $800.00 I am also including other items won that were returned due to failed authentication and inability to authenticate. I have all the email communication as well as the phone log in case it is needed. I can guarantee that this item is not authentic just via the picture of the signatures. This item will not pass the respected companies such as JSA, PSA/DNA, REAL or Beckett.

There have been other discussions about "High End Memorabilia" on this forum. Everything I saw they had was fake -- and some authentic items they listed weren't even theirs!  They "borrowed" photos from other sellers on eBay. Company should be shut down -- let us know how it goes.

Thank you Bruce! So they responded to the BBB since they were in the email and I included all the contact information. So it is no surprise they went to great lengths to portray the transaction as the customer is always right and to my satisfaction. So I went ahead and rebutted their claim.

The auction has ignored the fact of the piece I won was a binding contract not just on my end but on LuxeWest aka High End Memorabilia aka Front row Memorabilia listed and located at 1535 W. Rosecrans Ave., Gardena, CA 90249. I am willing to pay, still am but the practice I just outlined is unfair. I am willing to pay for the item, which was never the question. Yesenia Reyes informed me the item was being cancelled although I informed her I was willing to wait for lot item 0325 to arrive from a reputable 3rd party authentication service. My only request was who was authenticating it and then the item was cancelled. If they can prove the item to pass 3rd party authentication, I will pay, I am willing to pay now but;

1) Why would I pay for an item with an opening bid of $100.00 that has one bid (my own) and pay $800.00, plus 25% auction fee and shipping. The question is why the cost of $800.00 plus other costs when I was the only bidder.

2) The listing had a minimum selling cost of $400. I already had to return 3 items after they failed 3rd party authentication. I have proof to show why and how they failed.

3) My inquiry on authentication is justified; it was for all of our protection that they sell an authentic item from a reputable company.

Item summary:

Max Bid: $1,000 (automated bid increases based on bidding on the item)

Opening Bid: $100.00

Number of bids: 1 (my own)

Minimum cost listed on the listing ($400.00)

Expected cost of item if charged min as listed including 25% buyer premium: $500

Below are the Invoice Details
Lot: 0325
Item Total: USD 800.00
Buyer's Premium: USD 200.00
Sub Total: USD 1,000.00
Sales Tax: USD 0.00
Shipping: USD 25.00
Total: USD 1,025.00
Balance Due: USD 1,025.00

I questioned the authenticity based on the cost and the third party authentication service; mentioned while speaking to Yesenia Reyes representative of “LuxeWest aka High End Memorabilia aka Front row Memorabilia listed and located at 1535 W. Rosecrans Ave., Gardena, CA 90249”; was the same 3rd party authentication which failed the 3 items I had returned.

Why does this item cost $800.00, if there is only one bid (my automated bid) and the item is being sold as authentic?

I was looking for proof as my previous experience proved their 3rd party authentication www.autographsauthenticationservices.com to be fake. Then and only then was the item cancelled.

Below is the listing description:
Signed by Freddie Mercury, Brian May, Roger Taylor, and John Deacon. This item will not sell below $400.

1) Why would I pay for an item with an opening bid of $100.00 that has one bid (my own) and pay $800.00, plus 25% auction fee and shipping. The question is why the cost of $800.00 plus other costs when I was the only bidder.

THEY HAVE A HIDDEN RESERVE NOT LISTED OR LEGAL THAT THEY WILL EXCEPT FOR ALL THERE DIFFERNT ITIEMS I HAVE COREPODENCES WITH THESE DIFFERNT COMPANIES. THEY WILL BID THEM UP TILL THEY WANT TO SELL THEM .THATS THERE ANSWER

PS EVERYTHING THE OWN IS FAKE OR STOLEN IMAGES

THANK YOU MARC FOR YOUR RESPONSE. i JUST HOPE IF NOTHING ELSE. NOW THE BBB HAS THEM ON THEIR RADAR AND THEY CHANGE THEIR PRACTICES. I AM PRETTY SURE THIS ITEM OF QUEEN IS
100% FAKE. I HOPE THIS IS A SHOT ACROSS THE BOW. I DO NOT KNOW HOW THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH THIS? I ALSO FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE FTC AS THIS IS AGAINST THE LAW IN SELLING GOODS THAT ARE KNOWN TO BE FRAUDULENT.

They have been selling for 2 years in fact theres a new company they opened up. They will not go away and everything is fake. Ps if ur album was real it would be over 4k

Basically, everything that I have seen listed by this outfit has been counterfeit.  I am surprised that Live Auctioneers will even do business with them. They have to have gotten tons of complaints.  Bogus COAs and then they waive any responsibility for authenticity anyway.
