+1 re mats and shipping. Is there anything that will permanently sign glass?

I sign my aluminum prints, which have a baked glass like UV coated finish, with a metal stylus cutting right into the surface. I wanted no contrast so as not to skew the composition and I don't like signatures that show to much (on art). The result can only be seen in direct glare and is totally permanent. Sort of like how Monet signed a winter snow scene in a matching lavender to avoid disruption of the atmospheric mood - the signatures don't stand out.

I was noticing that the pic shown first certainly gives the impression the mat is signed from the texture of the ink on the surface. Bait and switch with a digital mock up.

I received my griff order today ! The signed framed piece is stunning but i want to know why i have received an approx 12 x12 art card unsigned when the description clearly states signed art card with the cd in the invoice?? Ive emailed them and awaiting response. Has this happened to anyone else ?

Mine also unsigned, but I'm so happy with the framed Brits show piece (signed, dated and numbered) that I'll let it slide. Considering the quality of the piece and splendid packaging, one of my best purchases in terms of value for money.
